Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t accept returns. Please contact us before returning your item by emailing email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will provide you with store credit equal to the value of the price you purchased your item for.
If the product purchased was a promotional product unfortunately we can't accpet returns. This is becuase the product was sold only for a limited time. This includes any product discounted by 40% or more.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your store credit yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our support team will work to resolve your issue.
If you receive a damaged item please contact our support team, and they will help you resolve the issue. We will reship you a brand new item on us and provide you with a discount code for the inconvenience.
